No Oscar nomination for Oprah??

Still can't believe she was snubbed. 2013 was a strong year for film, but Oprah should have replaced Jennifer Lawrence in American Hustle (still one of the most overrated films and performances to be nominated). Believe it or not, Oprah was the favorite earlier in the awards season to actually win the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for this. She had the SAG and BAFTA nods but missed the Globe, and it all went downhill once voters found another "black film" to stand by, hence 12 Years a Slave and Lupita N'yongo winning. Don't get me wrong- Lupita deserved her trophy, but Winfrey should have been cited. She is very good here.
