cyrus's age?

IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU THINK...

he seemed like the youngest ww2 vet ever.even if he was suppossed to be a korean war vet ,still looked awfully young to be late 30s early 40's ish looking in the bedazzled cell phone era lol and his buddy from the war, emmett is 70?looked like father/grandfather and son/grandson lol very odd in the film.

Yeah it doesn't make sense that Lance Henriksen would be the friend, he's almost 30 years older than him. They also show Cyrus with Lance when they were younger and they are around the same age. And young Cyrus to older Cyrus we could say be like 20 years older but obviously the actor playing young Cyrus isn't too much younger, and Lance's character would be say early 40's to at the most late 40's and he looks much older than that also. So however way you look at this it doesn't make sense for Lance to be the friend. Lance was good in it though. I gave this film a 5/10 it was ok, but I thought it would be better and I thought there would be more of Danielle Harris.

I found it a bit confusing, that maybe Lance's character WAS Cyrus because of the ending where Cyrus was doing an interview.

The period when the movie was meant to be set was also confusing, it was like the 60's or 70's when he was married according the car the salesman drove (plus his suit, lol) and their own truck, yet on the highway you can clearly see modern vehicles, and when the wife gets the baby out of the truck it's in one of those infant seats, they didn't have those until the late 80's or early 90's I thought. Just small details but I found it noticeable enough to distract me.
