The CGI Aliens
They don't seem to be just CGI renderings o the Cartoon Aliens. They actually look a bit more realistic, this time around...
sharefrom what I seen of the quick preview of the movie, the aliens does not look that good to me.
The color is all very bland. Like humongosour should have orange but instead he looks like greyish. So does most of the other monsters. They all look like greyish. Does not have blueish tint of bigchill. Other than these 2 heroes, i think there is 1 or 2 more to be seen which is also greyish and I can't recall what hero they are.
As for gwen's power, it was also "toned" down. She sort of only shoot out her red color fireball. No red force field from her. Only some invisible forcefield which is shown very briefly.
Overall, there are too much acting in this one. More than in race against time.
I would say this is a disappointment for me. I will write a proper review once I have watched the whole thing.
Keep in mind that this is a very low budget film. Try not to apply hollywood standards.
shareI have to disagree. The aliens looked pretty darn amazing considering this was a CARTOON NETWORK film. And the color scheme sort of fit the mood; greyish and dull and depressing. Although I admit you're right about Humongousaur; he reminded me of the disaster that was Diamondhead in Race Against Time.

VERY LOW ? IT HAD A $40 million BUDGET THATS ALMOST THE SAME THAN DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION BUDGET ! FOR A TV MOVIE THIS IS A LOT :O EVEN FOR HOLLYWOOD STANDARDS IT IS THE NORMAL COST OF A MOVIE !
