Prostitutes are people too. Just because they lie down with any guy doesn't mean they don't have any biases or opinions. To them it's all about the money. They don't care who you are if you're paying for it. I once heard a white hooker in a free clinic waiting room telling her friend she couldn't wait to have an abortion because she didn't want to have a "black 'n-word' baby". So she was willing to lie down and have unprotected sex with a black guy for money but she obviously didn't like black people.

I agree, the indian prostitutes were the most depressing. They have little to no chance at marriage or a fulfilling life with a man unless they were to move far away from there and start over in an area where no one knows them but obviously few of them could afford to do that. And Im sure there was rampant disease all around but especially in India where few of the poor have running water.

I don't know if it's racism though.

They have to work harder with the African men and it's going to hurt them more. That's not racism. It's just like customers/clients we all have at work: some are more demanding than others. The difference is here the girls working have associated certain races with size.

What surprised me the most in the entire thing was how safe all the sex seemed to be. Condoms were used even in a ghetto, oral sex without condoms was seen as rare.

The older lady talking about her kids prospects utterly depressed me. I wish they'd understand the world they are bringing these kids into (if it's planned and not a john's kid).

Imagine their jobs was to move &quot;widgets&quot; (non specific object). Certain variations of that widget are worse than others. Some are heavier, some smell the worst, and some are incredibly difficult to carry.

You think after several years of getting plowed by their customers, they don't start to notice a trend or pattern with certain types of clients?

This happened to me when I worked in retail. When you deal in customer service, you start to notice patterns and unfortunately that leads to stereotypes. It sucks that they are true, but they are true. They exist because they are perpetuated, and this goes for ALL races.

Working at Rite Aid for 3 years:

Asians= Most coupons, least chatty
Americanized Asian= Nice, chatty
Whites= Extreme variation. A$$holes, snobs, nice, freaks.
Young people= Nice, more impatient. Don't care about change as much
Old people= Usually more frugal, but nice usually
Poor people= usually nice
Homeless= Nice or mean. Usually something goes wrong with their EBT, but they got mad at ME.
Rich people= Usually snobby, some were nice, impulse buyers
Blacks= Varied from extremely nice to cold dead stares
Mexicans= Not chatty (not much English), usually just in and out. I noticed a lot of Rockstar sales.
Americanized Mexicans= More and energetic, also often just there get in and out
Indian= No chatting with you, often on the phone or talking to people with them
Russians= Usually a lot of attitude, but fun when they joke
Gay men= Usually nice. Some of the older rich ones were a$$holes
Gay women= Either really bubbly or really pissed off
