Will this movie be released after all?

It would be great to see Brittany one final time as a leading role.

Why wouldn't it be released?

Does anyone know if this will be released straight to DVD?

reply

I just seen this movie last night at The Regal Valley River Center here in Eugene, Oregon. I found it to be a very well done movie. I liked it.

Anybody else think they've passed a time barrier where now it's just disrespectful?

I don't think that it's disrespectful. If you are a fan of hers then I think that you should get to see her final performance in film. It's been over 3 years since she died. And they released Abandoned only 8 months after she had passed away. They should just release it on Netflix or straight to DVD/Blu-Ray. I think it's disrespectful to fans and to the actors, actresses and film crew that put hard work into making it.

You're the real idiot. She filmed this movie before she died.

To be fair the post that she was replying to was really stupid.
I can't remember what it was but she's just saying that britt died in 2009 not "how come she's staring in this film since she died in 2009?"

reply

The poster responded to the OP which said "It would be great to see Brittany in a leading role one final time" with "You're a real idiot, aren't you? She died in 2009" insinuating it was impossible to see Brittany in another movie since she'd died.

He clearly didn't pick up on the fact that she filmed this before her death.
