Just PS3... and PS4. (Soooooooooo much better on PS4)

Now that we have cross play with PC.. I'm gong to download it on my PC

Are you able to meet minor characters like Oracle and Zod as well?

You have constant interaction with Oracle (as a hero)..

Zod makes an appearance in several missions... and he is a playable Legends character.

You don't actually see Barbara though? Is she present at her base of operations at a reachable hidden location or the Clocktower or something?

Not really...

It's mostly just voice as she sends you out on missions.
