a little confused
Why did the supposedly dead guy who got impaled by the wooden thing not let his girlfriend go to escape the boat fire? He had the black eye thing, was he in a loop? What was his motivation?
share1) He was possessed/demon ghost : He said "don't leave me, promise me you won't leave me". Then his eyes went black like the other ghosts.
2) He was abusive: It wasn't the first time in the film he said "don't you ever leave me", (he said it earlier) therefore portraying him as semi-possessive and controlling. He did grab her wrist hard. He also had a very bad temper. He ran off at the kids and then got angry at the game.
