Plot hole

Miami Herald: "The most fortunate thing about The Lucky One is that despite a plot hole so big it could generate its own gravity field, it's still not a bad movie."

What plot hole? Zac never mentioned that her picture actually saved her life because a grenade went up right where he was sitting, but I don't think that's what they are talking about here.
