Does this movie and the game share the same story?

Well Wei is her first name. And in Chinese, it's not the same Wei (actually not even pronounced the same).

as for sharing the story, they are both loosely based on the RoTK novel, but they don't share the same story with each other (basically like two separate adaptations of the same film).

From what I have seen (I only played Dynasty Warriors 3 and 4 just to note) and at the top of my head:

The generals can pretty much leap into a crowd of enemy soldiers and decimate them.

Zhuge Liang looks alike like his game design especially towards the end when he dons the cap. He doesn't fire any lasers though.

Weapon of choice for the central characters are similar. Zhou Yu being good with a sword. Sun Quan being skilled with a bow. The Shu generals preferring spears and guandao (Guan Yu's case).

Fire attack and wind element. Of course in the game it's handled differently with Zhuge Liang summoning the wind.

Double musou attack with Zhou Yu and Zhao Yun.
