No proper IMDb page for this movie!

This is so annoying. We have a conflated version which only contains half of each part, and then we have the full version, but it is divided into two parts. I understand this, but it is confusing when it comes to the IMDB pages. There are, apparently, only pages for part 1 and part 2, whereas there aren't pages for neither the conflated edition in itself, NOR the full 4-hour Special Edition! I started, by accident, by watching the conflated version, and there is no IMDb page for that. Now I've bought the full-length Special Edition, but there is no IMDb page for THAT, either.

Just... very annoying. Messing up my lists. Harumph! Somebody should rectify this.

Its two movies, like Kill Bill. They were condensed into one film for Americans, because the assumption was that they wouldn't be able to keep all the names straight after two movies. Then, the two films were released in one box as "Red Cliff International Version Parts I & II."

But they were always intended to be two films. Hence the two credits sequences. IMDB is following the actual chinese releases, not the lame condensed version.

Wikipedia just has one page for the original movie, which deals internally with the 2 parts. IMDB doesn't usually make a practice of having separate pages for all versions of a film, though it just about always notes whether there are alternate versions or not.🐭
