I'd never heard of him and can't make out the full name as stated in the movie. Something like "Jean Willi Pachard," but a google search of "Jean Pachard bondage illustrations" "Jean Pachard bondage" and even "Jean Pachard" bring up nothing relevant on the first page of results.
