Interesting topic but somewhat lacking in execution

1. First of all working for Mike's Hard Lemonade gives you zero insight into beer because it is not a beer.

2. Bringing up the three tier distribution system was interesting and should have been expanded on further. Do brewers bribe distributors to carry their beers and if so why isn't this a potential vertical price fixing anti-trust violation? lots of in depth legal issues here.

3. Beer injected with caffeine is just a stupid idea, quality beer stands on its own and adding caffeine, ginseng, or some other crap to it is a stupid gimmick.

4. Yeah the Beer lobby is slimy and is obviously looking out for its own self interest (that's what lobbying groups are created for) but that doesn't mean they were lying about neo-Prohibitionists, if Anita wanted to find neo-prohibitionists she should have asked the people on the street if they have ever heard of MADD, which is clearly a neo-prohibitionists outfit and if she had any balls she would have have taken them on.
