I think all of the finales on the first L4D were pretty easy. I've only ever played them on Normal so surely they will be harder on Advanced/Expert. L4D2 made "Normal" mode much more difficult.
Even so, I think my top 2 most difficult finales would be the Boathouse and Farmhouse finale. The easiest would be the Runway finale. How do you guys rank the finales?

They're all not that hard unless you're on Expert and/or you're with a weak team.
But when I first started playing I felt that the finales got harder as the campaigns progressed (i.e., No Mercy the easiest, Blood Harvest the hardest).
