Ragged Trousered Philanthropists

I would love to read the book, but english translations are very expensive second hand from what I can see. It was impossible for me not to think of Robert Tressell and his book "The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists". I wonder if it was as big an influence within Japns left as RTP was to the British left.
