Hugo as Renfield!

*****SPOILERS*****
You must watch this movie with an open mind to appreciate it. From the look of this board, enjoyment of this movie is about 50/50. I happen to fall in the half that enjoyed it. With that in mind, did anyone else pick up on Hugo acting the part of Renfield? I thought this was a particularly interesting, if not minor, touch.

1) He's the only one who's not converted.

2) He's a servant of the vampires (cleaning up the bodies, loading and unloading the equipment).

3) He has a fascination with the flies in the hotel (I think he even eats one).

4) Refers to himself in the first person.

Anyway, thought is was a cool and subtle reference to the original Dracula legend.
