Does it SUCK??

Sorry, couldn't help myself. Didn't see a "worst movie I've ever seen" thread so I was curious.

i found it to be rather freakin good! give it a view. if you watch the trailer and think you will enjoy it, you will probably end up loving it.

LAST WATCHED:
SUCK 9/10 (second viewing- still amazing)

The film's saving grace is the supporting cast; Iggy Pop is amazing, Alice Cooper is very good, and Malcolm McDowell is great as always. And, of course, as an added plus, Jessica Paré is very delicious.

It has its funny moments, it has some good music. Doesn't have high replay value, though, and it's flat in some places. Personally, I'd give it a 6/10. Check it out.

The other saving grace is the cinematography/production design. The movie really has a nice look.

And I gotta say, I knew Iggy, Moby and Henry Rollins could act, but Alice Cooper completely took me by surprise. Not only has he never appeared in a decent movie before this, but his acting always verged on terrible (admittedly, his acting didn't seem bad in the silly Spanish werewolf flick "Monster Dog" -- but it was difficult to tell since another actor dubbed his voice). Alice has a fairly significant role throughout "Suck" and his acting doesn't in the least.

Yep, it does...

"he never appeared in a decent movie before this" ... A lot of people love Prince Of Darkness, actually.

It has some very entertaining cameos (and longer roles) from rock stars, but without them, this film would suck ever so slightly. 6/10 stars from me.
