1. Is it normal to get completely @SS RAPED when you first start? lol. I was trying to level up my sniper rifle to get a scope, and went 0 and 13 last night. 0 and 13!! My friend went 0 and 11 and rage quit for the night.

2. I've heard a lot of complaints about the maps being too big, and at first I liked that about this game, but there are some maps I feel like I'm constantly running around with my head cut off looking for action. Do you get used to the maps? The more I get familiar with them, will these large maps feel easier??

3. I notice some of the rifles can be scoped. Does anyone know if they are as strong as the bolt action sniper rifles long range?? Seems like a crap load of work to get the scope just to have them be the same or worse.

So far I like it more than Black Ops, because you can snipe on WaW. Plus the levels are better for me. Black Ops just feels like every map is too small and there's only one way to play. And Waw doesn't have all the noob tubing and stuff of MW2...so it's pretty fun.

ok ..im a top level prestige so ill answer your queries...

1)FORGET ABOUT TRYIN TO BE A SNIPER AT THE START
the best thing to do is buff up your levels with the machine guns before you start trying to play a sniper game.
the reasons for this are that there are great snipers playing this and you'll be picked off pretty easy by really good players....practice makes perfect so for now id stick with the automatic guns..leave the sniping until you really get good.....

2)as i said above ..for shorter levels ..use the machine gun for the kills..but yea some of the levels are huge......seelow heights is one......this is actually where you can hone your sniping skills.....AND USE THE CAMOFLAGE PERK SO YOU CANT BE DETETCTED ON RADAR
you'll get used to them after a while....but watch out for the snipers on the bigger levels.

3)yes..you have the m1 garand,artiska ,m.nagant ,springfield kar , gewehr and the svt ......you need to complete the challenges to get theese (the amount of kills vary for each weapon i think ..but its 150 to the m1 garand ..AND I RECCOMEND THIS GUN IF YOU START PLAYING HARDCORE)
also at level 55 you get a gun called the ptrs-41 which is an anti tank gun which does serious damage .......

so the best three sniper rifles for me are the m1 garand(amounf of ammo) , prts (power) and the kar..which gives me good kills.

if you want to get the kills a bit quicker ..then play hardcore (ONE SHOT = KILL)

AND IF YOU WANT TO GET THOSE KILLS...PLAY IT A BIT SMART ..LAY DOWN SOME BOUNCING BETTYS AND WAIT FOR THE GUYS TO APPROACH...DONT RUSH TO APPROACH THEM IF YOU ARE WITHOUT THE SCOPE...YOU'LL GET YOUR KILLS A BIT EASIER ...ITS CALLED "CAMPING" BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE..

The Multi-player maps on WaW don't really excite me as much as the ones on MW and Black Ops those I can play for hours, but the WaW ones I can't even play for five mins without getting bored.
