Best war game ever made

Also its the best Call of Duty game ever made. The graphics in this game are terrific, and not to mention the flame thrower is a really good weapon.

I think it's a really good game, however the spawn points are crappy in multiplayer.

you cant camp at spawn points because theyre random, they just put you in the centre of your team, and generally as far from the enemy as possible, although i agree they are crappy and sometimes you end up opposite the enemy for some reason.

I can't believe that you can make those statements. The only thing that this game has going for it is the graffix and the sounds. Treyarch slammed this game together and failed miserably. The single player mode is ok but that less than half the game. Most people buy a game based on replayablity and that means multiplayer online. The multiplayer mode of the game has many problems that they failed to address.

The holes in the maps are just a start. Not more than a day after the last Hot Fix, there were players still getting out of the map. As soon as the game starts, it's a race to the glitch.

The spawn system lacks something to be desired. I know they thought that it would be a good idea to put the player back into the action quick but more often than not, it puts you into a crossfire or right in front of the enemy player. Even if you opt out of a squad it still spawns you too close to the enemy.

Let's not forget the Artillery strikes and the Dogs. The Artillery strikes come way too late. Most of your targets are on the other side of the map by the time the first round drops, and you're lucky if you don't take out your own squad in the process. The dogs are horrible. They maul at you from what seems like fifteen feet away.

Connecting to other players is like performing a Voodoo spell. Ok, go into game, back out, finally get invites, decline invites, message friends to tell them to resend invites, swing dead chicken over your head three times in counter clockwise motion.

The Zombie mode is probably one of the only redeaming qualities of the game, but in a way, it's nothing new. Game designers have been using Nazi Zombies since before the FPS was dreamed up. Of course, people have found a way to cheat at that too.

Treyarch didn't seem to think ahead. Instead, they offer minor patches and double XP weekends. I wouldn't pay these people to design another game let alone park my car.

Gotta say I kinda agree with this guy above me but my views aren't perhaps as extreme. I love the graphics and gore it's way out of COD4's league, but the game... nope. The story mode is better than 4, but multiplayer, while better than pretty much every other FPS out there, isn't close to it's predecessor. That may be more to do with the weapons just not being as fun, but all the points he rises about glitching, parties, dogs, artillery are all ringing true for me and I think I moan about one of these every time I'm online. It's still better than the competition though, like Resistance 2 and stuff. Cannot WAIT for Cod6 though.

I agree with you. The graphics, and the gore are awesome. So is the story, but as for the replayability aspect of the game, it comes up lacking. I too can't wait for Modern Warfare 2 and I hope that the only thing that is carried over is the gore and graphics.

All agreed about graphics and gore. Sound not so much, but I'm just going by my TV's speakers. Storyline, strongly disagree it jumps around to much in years. You never have a chance to half care about any characters, in my eyes CoD 4 had a much better story. It actually had a plot not just random levels during random battles. All said though, I love the game.

I agree. When I'm not playing, I'm thinking about playing. It's like a drug. A strong drug.
