Baltasar Kormákur is white and from some place called Iceland. Beast (2022) would benefit from a black director to match the black cast. A white man cant relate to the struggle of the black man hence the film will suffer.

Anyhow, the villain is a lion, not an Evil White Man (TM) so I think it's kind of a universal human survival story, not a "plight of the black man" one.

Well, isn't that obvious ? Did you think that people can create freely in 2022? Writers/artists can't choose. They need to be told who they have the right to hire. That's progress, man !
