shareNo, not at all. It's about a soldier coming home and experiencing post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
The main charcter gets an honorable discharge after a bad ambush in Iraq, flies home to El Paso and attempts to settle back into marriage and a job at a slaughter house, but he wakes up screaming & such. He then decides to take off and meet up with an army buddy in another town and they visit a severely wounded comrade in a VA hospital.
I'm skipping all the details, of course, but that's the basic plot. It's very serious and realistic, with only a couple of lighter moments.
