Any females enjoy the comic?

As a fan you should take it upon yourself to do voice-overs for the females. :D

I hate the fact that the female voice-overs are spoken by a man. Its just too distracting and bizarre. I understand that this was meant to have been an "audio"-book, however being that we have to visualize women speaking as men makes it much harder to watch. I hope eventually someone releases a version with both male and female voices!

I'm a big fan, I'm willing to throw in the vocals if someone else has a recording studio :P

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I am 100% feperson. I love the comic I first read it about tenish years ago. I hated the comedian the first time I read it and then the second time through I was like, *beep* Sally doesn't hate him why should I? As J.D. Morgan said, he's a sad bastard of a man who screwed up, he also kicks serious ass.

I agree about the fe-vocals. Very distracting. Wouldn't have been so bad if the narrator had sounded younger or his voice wasn't so deep. James Marsters probably could've done a helluva job.

Still after seeing the rad movie all I hear are J.D. Morgan and JEH for Rorschach and the Comedian. Still worth the price of admission, now I can get my slow ass reading pals to actually experience the comic.

And I can kill time until Supernatural's new ep airs ohhhh yeeaaaahhhhh!

F-ck no, I think it's hilarious - The Comedian

I dont think its a matter of a male doing female voices because I listen to a lot of audiobooks where males do female voices and females do male voices and I can always differentiate the two sexes. I think he just doing put enough softness in his voice to make it sound more feminine. I did have a hard time with that. Other than that, I think its fantastic and no other complaints.

I agree that the narrator's "female" voice is so distracting. I mean, come on, Silk Spectre II sounds like sailor that had too many straight whiskeys and unfiltered Camel cigs! It pulls me out of the otherwise mesmerizing and excellent adaptation of the novel. And yes I am a female who lovs a good comic!

i agree! It might as well have been Dr. Girlfriend from Venture Brothers...

I read that as "a good climax". Does that make me sexist?
