We all knew that, but to sign on to remake this classic just shows he must have spent all his money on Knicks tickets and hipster glasses. Everyone associated with this should be ashamed

ashamed yes maybe the cast is now wishing they had not been part of this train wreck but hey everyone needs money. Mark Whalberg and Rooney Mara complained several times about projects they were in [the happening] and NOES remake. still they sure as hell cashed the paychecks from said films

I'm not a huge fan of him but this is one his few movies I enjoyed. The others being Do the Right Thing, 25th Hour, and Inside Man.

I thought Mo Better Blues was pretty good but only because Denzel was in it.

Lee's last good film was decades ago. Agreed that he's just cashing paychecks at this point.
