I saw both films, and I gotta say this new version just shouldn't have been made.
Its almost an exact copy, only the brits deliver much better.
And Tudyk was WAY better than Marsden.

I have seen only part of the new one because it sucked so bad. Why remake a recent movie like this? The original is very good, watch it, don't remake it. It didn't even have subtitles like "Le Femme Nikita" or "Brothers". You need to watch the originals of these, too and stay away from the American remakes. In fairness, I must say I haven't seen the remake of "Brothers", but the original was very good and I can't stand the thought of it being remade.
While, I'm on a rant, don't remake classics like "Willy Wonka", "The Shining" and "Psycho". What's the point, they can never live up to the originals. And for the record, I refuse to watch the remakes of these.
