Rip off of the 2007 original

This is the exact same movie that was done in England in 2007 where Peter Dinklage plays the exact same person/part. I only rated itso low because it's a complete rip-off and a redo and is completely unoriginal although it is pretty funny just with an all-black cast instead of an all white British cast.
I was actually kind off shocked when I saw the original second and Peter Dinklage plays the same character in both parts.
Why was there a need for a do over?
