Question for anyone who got the 4001 error

I just got the game yesterday and I get logged off after about 15 minutes each time (error 4001). Other people seem to be getting this error, but it just seems to log them off. With me, not only do I get logged off, but it kills my laptops internet connection and I have to restart it. It has not effect on my router or modem or any other device on my network, just my laptop. Has anybody else had this similar problem with 4001?
