Cute short, even with the predictable punchline (spoilers)

I really enjoyed this. It had tension, drama, and a certain charm. But I have to admit that I guessed almost immediately what the punchline was going to be as soon as he started rambling on the phone. It was still funny, though. I'll bet the poor guy wanted to die of embarrassment.

he finds that he's been speaking to the elegant desk clerk he met earlier. She tells him he must dial 9 for an outside line.

Thanks for revealing the ending. I happened to see a repeat of this last night and finally heard the punchline. Very good little film.

I'm very glad you got to see it again. A dry recap lacks the humor of the desk clerk's reaction. LOL!
