Jack Black

Thank you.

Like the "Adam Sandler character", the "Jack Black character" has gotten old. Just like you can't be Happy Gilmore the rest of your life, or Steve Martin with the white suit and arrow through the head, it's time for Jack Black to retire his character and explore his potential in other roles- probably as the leading man's comedic and obnoxious sidekick buddy who begs his friend not to get married before he tells him how much he envies the love his buddy's found. Yeah- that guy.
Freedom has a lot to do with tolerating the crap you don't like people doing
Jack Black is comical but I think he needs to try to get someone or do a film with possibly a sidekick to make it fun like Chris Farley and David Spade did when they were starting out moving away from SNL. I miss comedic duos like that in films.

Jack Black could do a biography playing Lou Costello. He would have to get his hair cut short to get the hairstyle that Lou Costello had. The last time a biopic has been done of the comedic comedy team of Abbott and Costello had to have been done in the late 70's or early 80's. I think it was a TV movie.
shareIn The Holiday with Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet he was actually pretty good, mainly because he was actually acting as opposed to being Jack Black all the time.
He needs to pick his roles more carefully or his career (whats left of it) is dead.

in my opinion jack was very good in king kong in a dramatic role and i think he can do more than movies like this he's got some weird charisma going for him
shareHe's so talented, but keeps missing the mark. I want to like him, but his role choices work against him.
