Made me furious... (spoilers)

Watching this documentary made me nothing short of furious toward the end when Toño's first sentance was affirmed by the very same judge that convicted him in the first place. At least it ended well for Toño by the skin of his teeth - I was so glad for him.

I sure hope for the citizens of Mexico that they are able to implement a constitution change ASAP to get rid of the "assumed guilty" principle. Also, while you're at it, a proper legal system should have no politically decided minimum jail durations (and certainly not 20 years!), only maximums.
