Is Toll Road the toughest Expendable?

Barney Ross has trouble in a one on one fight with Dan Paine, yet when Paine fights Toll Road, he gets his ass kicked and is killed.

I really like that the main character has trouble with the main henchman, yet a supporting character can take him down with no trouble. It makes it more interesting and less cliché.

Toll Road is tough, too bad his character is given nothing to do apart from the final fight.

In my opinion Randy Couture does not have the charisma of an action star, I respect him in UFC but I felt like someone else could have fit that role like Michael Jai White, Scott Adkins (despite appearing in the sequel), Mark Dacascos or Jeff Speakman. I always feel that he would have been the one to kill off in one of the sequels, because other than beating Steve Austin in a fight, he is given nothing prominent. At least Terry Crews had better and likeable character in Hale Caesar.
