With all the things that Zak commands his people to do, what is a threat of NOT doing it? Fear of losing your job on his show? Being a first pick of being put in the scariest places of new locations? What? What can Zak do if you resist his bullying and tell HIM to SIT IN THE CHAIR?

If they all stuck together he would have a strike on his hands and he would not be able to cope at all. He would probably sack them all and try and run the show or start a new one himself. The problem for Zak is we have seen that too much Zak is not a good thing at all.

Exactly. I think Billy all ready made it clear that he did not want to do something in one of these last episodes. Now Aaron has balls to stand up. I am not sure if Jay has stood up to Zak (kind of goes along with it like Nick use to. He reminds me of Nick.)

If I were part of his team I would rig it up so a low booming voice got played over the speakers saying "No, Satan wants you to sit in the chair Zak" followed by evil laughter.
