Ace of spades card trick.

Someone care to explain how he got the card in his pocket without ever touching him.

He would have had to plant the card on the agent earlier, maybe hours before pulling off the trick. Then it'd just be a matter of forcing the other guy to pick the right card.

But how would Weed know that the rookie was gonna pull the ace of spades card? And how did Weed hide the ace of spades when he spread the deck out across the table?

I would have liked to be shown how he did that in a quick cut scene before the main action started with the assassins storming the club.

Hollywood is notoriously bad at filming magic tricks. Either they use CGI or just film it wrong. So what you saw in the movie isn't necessarily how the trick is done in real life.

That being said, forcing someone to pick a card is one of the foundations of card magic. There's a ton of ways to do it. You can go on YouTube and search for "How To Force A Card".

So, in other words, forcing someone to pick the Ace of Spades seemingly at "random" is 100% possible, even if the filmmaker didn't shoot the scene in a way that represents how the trick is actually done.
