share"Main" side character might be stretching it a bit, but yeah, I wish they had brought him back.

I agree it would have been nice to see Tucker again.

At least they mention Tucker in the finale.

Even though others disagree, he was considered to be a main recurring character by Michael Rauch, Andrew Lenchewski, etc as stated in the DVD commentaries of the first season (I believe). Although, he likely declined because of his schedule as others in this thread have stated, I feel sad that the writers chose to take it out on Tucker Bryant fans by dismissing him from his girlfriend Libby's life as a passing thing and unimportant. Even Hank seems to agree that Tucker is unimportant. I hope that Ezra Miller, the actor who played the part, didn't cause this "boo boo" to the writers/producers/directors, whom otherwise gave me everything I wanted out of this show (including a very well done Musical episode and a reintroduction of the Theme Song). When Ezra walked or was ignored away from the series is a mystery to me, but I for one, missed him far earlier than on the series finale (even had he been replaced by another actor). My own personal directorial version fan-art edit of the finale has him down the beach and waving to Hank and possibly attending the family BBQ with wife and child.
