Blade Runner meets Metal Gear Solid meets Robocop
That's what this game feels like. The setting is Robocop, the style is Blade Runner and the gameplay is Metal Gear Solid.
All that equals AWESOME!!!

Funny you mention Robocop. There is an Easter Egg in the Detroit Police Station. You here two cops talking about an 80's movie of a cop who was shot and turned into a cyborg. One of the cops talking is named Alex Murphy. And of course, Robocop takes place in Detroit. I love Easter Eggs. Especially when they refer to nostalgic stuff like this.
Why is it whenever someone says "with all due respect", they really mean "kiss my ass"?
I also like the shout-out to the first Deus Ex. The very first access code is 0451!
shareI think it's also one of the logins at the Detroit Police Station that reads:
Username: RDECKARD
Password: LECTROLAMB
Rick Deckard of course is the lead character in Blade Runner. And the original short story that ultimately became Blade Runner was titled "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?"
Cool stuff.
Somebody brought a monkey, because the monkey knocked over the salad bar...
Don't you just love cyberpunk fiction?

In fact, there seems to be a multitude of different games influencing the overall game.
I've never played Chaos Theory, but I did play Double Agent and the game is very reminiscent of Double Agent, especially in terms of the music picking up tempo whenever a hostile approaches.
