Has anyone noticed this in the last scene?
In the final scene, right after William commits suicide, there's a close-up of Jim's face. So, has anyone noticed an expression of peace and joy on Jim's face (while the rest were in shock/grief)? And also, Jim inhales through his nose with a slight twitch, just the same way William did everytime he witnessed a suicide (I mean, as a physiological expression of the strong emotional 'kick' he was having).
If these aren't mere coincidences, could it be that at the end, Jim -unexpectedly- discovers what William felt? What do you think? That would explain William's commanding "now" at the end, in the sense that his character has survided through Jim.
