I'm a huge DBZ fan ive been one since about 5th grade and i didnt know about this is it in english form yet? If so where can i find it?
I've actually been rewatching the Buu Saga because near the part where mystic gohan first appears i stopped watching mainly because I was busy after school and work and its all great.

Its just been released in Japan so I wouldnt expect it in the U.S. any time soon. Slowly but surely.
