The DVD for this series only lists seven episodes. I thought their were nine episodes made ? Yes, one was yanked for being offensive but what about the other one ?

It was offensive to the family of Private Jake Kovco who was killed in Afghanistan.

There were 2 episodes made - episode 6 was "To be continued..." running into episode 7.
