who plays reaper William Spears in the dub?

Or, if I remember correctly, it's William T. Spears.
A friend is under the impression that - in the Funimation/most well known - English dub, the part of Spears is played also by J. Michael Tatum, which I don't think is correct. Since my pride at being able to point out actor names within two sentences (<3 Monica Rial) is on the line, I ask all of you for help.
