Episode explanation, please!

Can someone please explain the episode entitled 'His Butler, Strongest'?

First, let me start by saying I've really enjoyed this anime so far, and I've never read the manga. Perhaps if I had this episode would make more sense to me.

I just don't get the backstory with the drug dealers. Let me break this episode down as to how I see it, and if I'm wrong please explain it to me.


Ciel has somehow found a stash of drugs and has been keeping them in a storehouse, which he has the key to.

Ciel then has a meeting with the nobles, suspecting that one of them is a drug dealer. He mentions the key as an enticement.

Azzurro kidnaps Ciel once he knows about the key. The drugs are his, and he wants them back.

Sebastian gets involved and saves Ciel... this aspect of the episode I understand. It's really the drug dealer related parts that confuse me.

That's how I see this episode. Am I right?
