Are all the episodes available on netflix

Yes, you get all of seasons 1 and 2 completely on netflix, but you don't get the 1/2 simulcast season Book of Circus and the two specials Book of Murder. You don't really need to see BOC or BOM to get the full story though, both the storylines of seasons 1 and 2 come to a complete ending on it's own and not seeing BOC and BOM won't effect anything at all.
