Hasty's out of jail already?

He shot a man in the back, in front of a witness. Was in charge of all the money-laundering and payoffs. Was a conspirator in Lou's death, even if after the fact. That one could be chalked up to obstruction. And then confessed to Jesse that he premeditated killing both of them with each other's guns. What kind of deal did he cut to get out after 6 years?

If you watched'' he said and Jesse didn't dispute it was "in defense of an officer". As for the rest we really don't know what people actually know about how deep Hasty was involved. Although I figured shooting Joe was not something he was charged with and Jesse may have kept his other plans to himself. So he may just have been charged on the embezzlement.. So six years isn't too far out of that league.

It was a short stint. Then again they need him out of jail for the later episodes.

also, he may have been sentenced to 15 and served 6, as often happens.
