Pretty good flick, but cheesy at parts

It was pretty good. I thought the opening with the water and city all upside down was quite unsettling and the presence of a thunderstorm throughout the movie really helped with the atmosphere. It kinda almost had a Ghostbusters (original) feel to it at times with the buildings and storm.

I just blind purchased this at V-STOCK on Blu Ray for $5.00.. Saw it a long time ago and didn't hear much in the way of reviews on it compared to his other commercial films?? Ever seen "The VISIT"??
