translated..

I don't know about everyone else but, I just did not like how they translated the film...There were many parts where some of the sentences just did not make sense...did anyone else have this problem?

To the OP: Do you mean that the subtitles weren't grammatical English, or that they weren't faithful translations from the Korean film?

The more Ken Loach films I see, the more I think they need English subtitles.

reply

I feel like both to be honest...more so that it wasn't translated correctly form Korean language.

My Korean is rather poor so I am not qualified to discuss the translation. I am impressed by those of you who are. My problem with the subtitles was that they were often on a light background and I couldn't read them at all.

Subtitles on a light background. Don't get me started on that ......You'd think that that the people who do that sort of thing would resort to using darker letters on the backgrounds, wouldn't you?
