Springer Spaniel

My neighbor has one, and it is dead set to attack my dog whenever I walk mine by. I hope this is not typical of the breed; it didn't appear so in the episode about this breed.

It's not typical...some people might suspect 'Rage Syndrome' (often called Springer Rage Syndrome, even though that's not an accurate term for it.) That's a genetic behavioral disorder usually seen in Cockers & sometimes Springers.

That's def not typical. Spaniels as a whole are usually very friendly, lovable dogs. It might be just a troubled or inbred dog. Def not characteristic of Springers.
