Freckles at her age and with her coloring seem totally incongruous. First of all, they usually fade as one matures and it's more common with red/auburn hair coloring than black.
The freckles unfortunately drew my attention more than her lines when she was on. Is there some reason they weren't covered by makeup? Hollywood makeup artists can do anything!
For Christ's sake, they are FRECKLES! There's nothing wrong with them. It's not like they're unhealthy or ugly. Some people get freckles, some don't. In regions of the world where most pople don't get them, such as the US, freckles can make a person more memorable. I personally think they're always interesting and sometimes, as is the case with Alia, cute.

Do you understand how freckles work? I'm 24 and still have a ton of freckles, if not more if I spend more time in the sun. Alia's freckles, they make her look so pretty. Also it takes TONS of make up to cover up freckles, it has to be heavy coverage otherwise it just looks a bit odd. No one wants to constantly wear heavy cover make up to hide something natural and cute af.
