Yeti...

I mean come on. How "scary" is Yeti???

He doesn't look or sound the least bit "hard".

Couldn't they find a better and more believable actor?

reply

dont have to look or sound hard to be hard. Those are probably the scariest hard men out there.

your opinion is the wrong one!

reply

Guess so. Think it's cos i've seen him being interviewed!!! He seems quite cuddly bless him!

Lol. Never judge a book etc! I get it all the time, being 6ft 2", 280lbs, shaved head and goatee and lots of tats, I look like a hells angel but in reality I'm as soft as a puppy covered in duck feathers! A friends mum introduces me as he looks like he would kill you but he's lovely really! It's the unassuming ones you gotta look out for!! :D

Yes, you should never judge a book by its cover BUT the character of Yeti was so uncovincing it was untrue

wonderland i think it was called and he's in other t.v stuff

it's good, but er.......it's not a hen

It's what you are prepared to do, not what you look like that ultimatly makes you scary

reply

George Bush didn't look scary, but look at all the bad things he did and people he upset!

The music on the tapes, that heart & soul that we put onto them, that is ours, & you don't own that

The guy who plays Yeti in this film and the guy who played Yeti in the first movie (opposite Gary Oldman) play father and son in the film Vera Drake

That's the thing! I found Daniel Mays really scary in Ashes to Ashes. He played the devil! And then he plays Yeti. Phil Davis was a scary dude in the original, with his bleach blonde hair and the air of complete psycho-ness. And in the new one, he was ridiculous.
