What was Pope thinking..... (spoilers)

.... when he was staring at Nicky asleep next to J on the couch, and then carried her into the bedroom? Did he already know that he'd have to get rid of her at some point? He was deep in thought about something, and he kind of jumped nervously when J appeared at the bedroom door. He was so unpredictable and sometimes hard to fathom (which is what made him a great character).

What's your opinion of the scene?

He was weighing up what best to do and all the possibilities of what might happen. In my opinion he was too messed-up in the head to make any rational decission (even before the death of Baz). Anyway you look at it though (from a criminal's perspective etc), killing her was the worst and most stupid thing to do.

He was thinking about jumping her bones. That's why he jumped when J appeared. He was almost busted.
