The two leads sort of look like two people from Firefly...

I didn't really see it until the last scene where Cassie has a scarf draped across her arms that she reminds me a bit of Morena Baccarin from Firefly...then Jake started to look a bit Nathan Fillion-ish to me.

I don't know if people who watched this movie also have seen Firefly, but really the two leads in this movie could easily be siblings with the two characters of Firefly. They have the same vibe too, the woman character being in tune with things and the guy being a cop or in the army, before he manned Serenity, etc.

Chris Potter has been around for ages! He used to be on Kung Fu-The Legend Continues....Silk Stalkings...both shows from the 90's. Nah...he's more handsome/goodlooking than Nathan.

Morena Baccarin in Firefly does remind me of Catherine Bell. I didn't see a Chris Potter/Nathan Filion similarity though.

As far as chemistry, the closest I have ever come to the Mal/Inara chemistry/conflict was Laura Holt and Remington Steele.

Morena really reminds me of Catherine in the tv movie Sands of oblivion.

Morena is number one on my hot list, and Catherine is my number two.

That's a fascinating resemblance connection! Morena and Catherine for sure! and the guys certainly could be brothers.
