Why are they airing it tonight?

It's December 19th and History is airing 102 again. Why such a random date? And just the other night I was listening to that 911 call from a guy in the WTC that ends with him screaming as the tower collapses on him, and less than a second after it cut off, all the power in my house went out... weird.
