Game Glitch, this happen to anyone else.

I'm on my second playthrough and I'm doing the Lady Grey side quest, I got all the parts and now when I meet the gravekeeper in the basement he wont talk to me, the trail goes right to him and he wont say a word, I even tried shooting him. and sometime when I'm at the front door I hear his voice giving me the first part of the mission again.

I tried to do the whole mission again but when it comes to recovering the body parts they're not there.

Lady Greys head is in my inventory aswell...
