The angry, high-pitched scottish voice...

Is it just me that notices that, after a certain point in the game, it seems almost everywhere you walk, you hear a high-pitched scottish voice mocking you? Do you ever actually see this person? As amusing as I find it when I hear the voice in the middle of nowhere, travelling to another town, I'm just wondering what is the point in it?

Have people seriously not noticed this before? I'm sure it's after defeating the crucible you start hearing it...

That'll be the Gargoyles! There are 50 hidden all over the place you need to shoot them. :D

You get rewarded with a crossbow. Although after every 10 gargoyles you can go to their base to get a smaller prize.
